YOU CAN STILL SHOP WITH US
BUT DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION, OUR DELIVERY DATES HAVE NOW CHANGED. ALL ORDERS PLACED WILL NOW BE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED AT THE END OF APRIL. WE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE SITUATION AND UPDATE YOU WITH ANY CHANGES. THANK YOU BEARING WITH US DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME.
In these uncertain and worrying times, we wanted to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and partners are paramount to everyone here at Bloom Boutique.
Please rest assured, we are and will continue to rigorously follow the recommendations of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.
To ensure we are taking every step possible to follow guidelines our staff are being monitored closely for symptoms, only asked to report for work if they have not travelled outside the UK in the last 14 days and are being asked to work from home where at all possible.
We want to assure you that currently our team is healthy and are able to deliver the same impeccable standard of service you will be used to from Bloom. We are sending our orders out with our usual fast delivery times, with Express delivery also offered on all orders. Of course, If there is any change to this then you, our lovely Bloom Boutique customers will be the first to know.
Our delivery partner Royal Mail are also monitoring the health of their drivers closely and keeping us up to date on any changes in deliveries. We want to reassure you that Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase risk of contracting the virus from handling post. The virus doesn’t survive long on contact with the absorbent natural fibres in cardboard or paper objects, such as letters or parcels.
We will do our absolute utmost to keep running as usual and continue to follow official advice. We will be taking all necessary precautions in the months to come for optimum safety to all.
