Delivery Options for the UK
Our dedicated studio team works hard to ensure all orders are personalised and dispatched as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery dates for our Free First Class delivery service can be seen at the checkout before you place your order.
Once dispatched we expect your personalised order to arrive within within 1-3 working days. A Royal Mail tracking number will be emailed on dispatch so you can follow the progress of the delivery on the below link.
If you need a guaranteed, speedier service, you can pay a small fee to upgrade to Express which means that you will receive your order on the next working day. Orders placed after cut off will be dispatched the following working day.
Estimated and guaranteed delivery dates are visible during the checkout process at the point you choose your delivery service.
Delivery Options Outside the UK
All international orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days via a tracked international service, where available. Some locations are exempt from a tracked delivery service, you can see this at checkout when you place your order. Order's over £40 will be shipped free of charge
Orders shipped outside the UK may be liable to import duties charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our UK studio. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.
Once dispatched we expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days, if your order was dispatched via a tracked service you can visit Track Your Item to follow your order using your Royal Mail tracking number.
Rest of the World Orders
Once dispatched we expect your order to arrive within 7-14 working days, if your order was dispatched via a tracked service you can visit Track Your Item to follow your order using your Royal Mail tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: that there are currently selected countries not accepting mail, unfortunately, we will not be accepting orders from those countries. A list of these can be found via the following link - Royal Mail International Delivery.

To guarantee delivery* in the UK by Christmas, orders must be received before the following dates, any orders placed after this period will not be shipped in time for Christmas

*We do guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for in-stock items but will not be responsible for any parcel stuck with your resident country customs, missing parcels or any Royal Mail issues that may prevent your delivery arriving in good time.
We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us.
UK Returns Process for the UK
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised. The product should be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers, however, if an item is faulty please do make contact with us.

Need an exchange?
We will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within our returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product you would like to receive. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Which items am I not able to return?
All personalised items are ineligible for return or refund.
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
This does not affect your right to return faulty products or your statutory rights.
What if something is faulty?
On the rare occasion that we don’t quite meet your expectation and fall short on providing a quality product then we ask that you contact us via this link where we are on hand to help.
Will I receive a refund?
All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
