Due to the current situation, we have had to extend our delivery dates.
Following social distancing guidelines, we have now been able to bring back a small team who have been processing all the orders made over the past few weeks.
All new orders will now be processed and dispatched by the 22nd of July. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you with any changes.

Delivery Options for the UK
All items are posted First Class Royal Mail with proof of postage. Your order will be beautifully wrapped and well packaged upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a manufacturing issue during the COVID19 lockdown, your order will now arrive in a slightly different box than our ribbon tied gift box. We will be solving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support during these difficult times.
During this time we have less staff in the Studio and are following Social Distancing guidelines. This is to ensure our fantastic team stays safe. This means we are unable to have orders dispatched as quickly as our normal speedy service. We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 7 working days for our standard delivery option. Once dispatched we expect your personalised order to arrive within 1-5 working days.
If you need a guaranteed, speedier service, you can pay a small fee to upgrade to Express which means that you will receive your order on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Options Outside the UK
Due to the current situation, there have been service disruptions to deliveries outside the UK, though we still offer international delivery services please expect delays to your parcels being received.

PLEASE NOTE: that there are currently selected countries not accepting mail, unfortunately, we will not be accepting orders from those countries. A list of these can be found via the following link - Royal Mail International Delivery.
We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us.
UK Returns Process for the UK
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised. The product should be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers, however, if an item is faulty please do make contact with us.
The returns procedure is just 7 simple steps:
Please contact Bloom Boutique either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reasons for your refund.
• If your refund is accepted, we will send you a website link to the Royal Mail website.
• Click on the link and fill out the form (all 3 steps).
• Print off the pre-paid returns label given.
• Please ensure you return is sent in the original packaging or a padded envelope and enclose your order form or a note stating your reason for the return, order number and name.
• Take your parcel to your local Royal Mail office where they will provide you with a tracking number – keep this receipt as it is your proof of postage.
• Your return will be processed within 14 days.
Need an exchange?
We will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within our returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or call 01803 867266 with details of the product you would like to receive. We will process your request as soon as practically possible.
Which items am I not able to return?
If a product has been personalised, it, unfortunately, cannot be returned as this product cannot be resold.
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. This does not affect your right to return faulty products or your statutory rights.
What if something is faulty?
On the rare occasion that we don’t quite meet your expectation and fall short on providing a quality product then we ask that you contact us via this link where we are on hand to help. Please return the product under our normal returns procedure within 28 days from the dispatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund along with the postal cost.
Will I receive a refund?
All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
