Delivery Options for the UK
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days via First Class Royal Mail with proof of postage. Your order will be beautifully wrapped and well packaged upon arrival.
During this time we have less staff in the Studio and are following Social Distancing guidelines. This is to ensure our fantastic team stays safe. We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 3 working days for our standard delivery options. Once dispatched we expect your personalised order to arrive within 1-5 working days.
If you need a guaranteed, speedier service, you can pay a small fee to upgrade to Express which means that you will receive your order on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Options Outside the UK
All international orders are dispatched within 3 working days via a tracked international service, where available. Some locations are exempt from a tracked delivery service, you can see this at checkout when you place your order. Order's over £40 will be shipped free of charge.
Once dispatched we expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days, if your order was dispatched via a tracked service you can visit Track and Trace to follow your order using your Royal Mail tracking number.
Rest of the World Orders
Once dispatched we expect your order to arrive within 7-14 working days, if your order was dispatched via a tracked service you can visit Track and Trace to follow your order using your Royal Mail tracking number.
If you do not have your Royal Mail tracking number, you can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: that there are currently selected countries not accepting mail, unfortunately, we will not be accepting orders from those countries. A list of these can be found via the following link - Royal Mail International Delivery.
We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us.
UK Returns Process for the UK
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised. The product should be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers, however, if an item is faulty please do make contact with us.

Need an exchange?
We will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within our returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product you would like to receive. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Which items am I not able to return?
All personalised items are ineligble for return or refund.
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
This does not affect your right to return faulty products or your statutory rights.
What if something is faulty?
On the rare occasion that we don’t quite meet your expectation and fall short on providing a quality product then we ask that you contact us via this link where we are on hand to help.
Will I receive a refund?
All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
