Delivery Information

All items are posted First Class, beautifully wrapped and well packaged via Royal Mail with proof of post.
Please post all returns/exchanges within 28 days to Bloom Boutique, Unit 2/3 Wills Road, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5XN, GB

Unless you’re having a personalised jewellery item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within five to seven working days.If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please get in touch with us at enquiries@bloom-boutique.co.uk or 01803 867266

Returns Policy

We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us.

UK Returns Process

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised.  The product should be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging & be fit for re-sale.

The returns procedure is as follows:

  1. - Please contact Bloom Boutique either on enquiries@bloom-boutique.co.uk or 01803 867266 with the reasons for your refund.

  2. - If your refund is accepted, we will send you a website link to the Royal Mail website.

  3. - Click on the link and fill out the form (all 3 steps).

  4. - Print off the pre-paid returns label given.

  5. - Please ensure you return is sent in the original packaging or a padded envelope and enclose your order form or a note stating your reason for the return, order number and name. 

  6. - Take your parcel to your local Royal Mail office where they will provide you with a tracking number – keep this receipt as it is your proof of postage.

  7. - Your return will be processed within 14 days.

Need an exchange?

We will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within our returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item, please contact enquiries@bloom-boutique.co.uk with details of the product you would like to receive. We will process your request as soon practically possible.

Which items am I not able to return?

If a product has been personalised, unfortunately cannot be returned as this product cannot be resold.

What if something is faulty?

On the rare occasion that we don’t quite meet your expectation and fall short on providing a quality product. Then we ask that you contact enquiries@bloom-boutique.co.uk where we are on hand to help.  Please return the product under our normal returns procedure within 28 days from the despatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund along with the postal cost.

Will I receive a refund?

All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
