Who can I contact to discuss my order and when?

To contact our customer enquiries team, please send us an email at or call 01803 867 266. 

The friendly customer services team are on hand to answer all of your questions from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, no matter how big or small, nothing is too much trouble!

How long will my personalised jewellery order take to arrive?

All items are posted FREE First Class delivery via Royal Mail (1-3 working days). UK Express is also available at an additional rate. All delivery dates are an estimate.

Occasionally Royal Mail may take longer to deliver your items, especially during peak times such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

If you have not received your items within 5-7 working days please contact the customer enquiries team who will endeavour to track your parcel.

How can I make payment?

We accept a variety of payment methods including Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit and PayPal.

Can I pay in Euros or Dollars?

All prices are available to view in Euros and US Dollars using our currency converter which can be found in the top-right hand corner of the front page. This is updated everyday and converts the price using the current exchange rate. 

Do you ship internationally?

How will my items be packaged?

All items are packaged in our FREE bespoke Bloom Boutique packaging. This includes a Bloom Boutique gift box and a gift card of your choice.

To select a gift card, box or organza bag, follow the instructions on the ‘Personalise this item’ tab before proceeding to checkout.

Can my order be sent to a different address?

To send your order to an alternate address please select the shipping address option at the checkout and enter the address of the recipient.

You may also wish to enter a FREE gift message at the checkout if the order is being purchased as a gift.

Can I return/exchange my item?

Due to the nature of the products, items that have been personalised or engraved cannot be returned unless faulty.

All other items can be returned, with their original packaging, within 28 days.

Please ensure your return is sent in the original packaging or a padded envelope and enclose your order form or a note stating your order number, name and return address. If you have a quality assurance sticker on your paperwork please ensure this is with your return

Please do not destroy or throw away any products or packaging even if it’s faulty, as this may affect any refund you may be entitled to.

In the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or refunded.

Why does my jewellery look different to the picture on the website?

Some of our jewellery, including the hammered disc collection, is specially created by hand. This can lead to subtle variations in the style, colour and texture of the jewellery.

Where possible we endeavour to personalise your jewellery as closely as the product image displays.

Can I add another personalised disc or charm to my jewellery?

Additional charms can be purchased alongside your order or separately. These additional charms can be lovingly placed on the jewellery for you by our expert jewellers.

If you purchase charms separately please note that you will need pliers to attach the jump ring to your jewellery.

How do I add more than one of the same item to my basket?

If you require more than one of the same item, with a different personalisation on each product then please add them to your basket individually. This will allow you to add the exact engraving that you require on each one.

How do I care for my Jewellery?

To care for your jewellery please avoid coming into contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairsprays and detergents as this may cause your jewellery to tarnish. Most of our jewellery is costume jewellery and is therefore not designed to be worn constantly.

Please do not sleep or shower with your jewellery.To keep your jewellery looking its best, polish using a soft cloth or gently buff.

Please be aware that over the course of time, discoloration may occur with silver or gold plated jewellery. This is due to general wear and tear and the acidity of your skin.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, it should be stored in a box, or wrapped in tissue paper to maintain its polished look and avoid tarnishing.

In the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or refunded.

Replacement or exchange can only be considered where jewellery has been treated with care, and has not been personalised.
