Good afternoon Thank you for your recent order and taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry the order had not arrived at the time of leaving a review, I understand how frustrating this is and I am keen to help resolve. We are currently experiencing orders taking a lot longer then normal to reach Italy and looking into how we can improve this service for our customers. Moving forward, I can see we have emailed on August 27th but have not received a reply so I am hopeful this means the parcel has now arrived.
