Particularly prevalent on Instagram and the Witchtok, Astrologytok and Manifestationtok subsectors of TikTok, Angel Numbers are becoming a common topic of conversation in our everyday lives. But what are they?
What are Angel Numbers?
To understand Angel numbers you should firstly be familiar with the concept of Numerology. Numerology is the process of assigning meaning and messages to numbers or number sequences.
The term Angel Numbers refers to recurring numbers seen frequently within a period of time. These number are often repeated in 3s and 4s or as a pattern. The term Angel Number was coined in the early 2000s by Doreen Virtue, an author in the Spiritual and Esoteric communities, but the concept of numbers having significance and meaning can be traced back millennia.
