Customer Care Advisor

Bloom Boutique is a fast paced, online business who specialise in personalised gifts, not just to our extensive UK customer base, but internationally too. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor based in Totnes.
This role requires you to work as a small team and is truly multichannel. You will provide an exceptional level of service via inbound calls, messages through Not on the Highstreet, our own website, various social media platforms and review sites. The team also administer the returns process and are the port of call for all queries relating to service and products.
As a dynamic, but small team, you will be someone who enjoys variety through your day and can turn your hand to different areas of the business as and when required. You will be able to keep calm under pressure and enjoy the buzz of getting the job done.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday (Some flexibility over working weekends is required for our busy periods) 9.00 until 17.00, working on average 40 hours per week.
